The program introduces pro-Japan countries in the world and countries of remarkable growth.

This issue on the State of Qatar highlights the secrets behind its rapid development in the last ten years, its close ties with Japan, and the business opportunities for Japanese companies in Qatar. Qatar is said to be the richest country in the world with its GDP exceeding US$ 100,000 per head. Qatar's driving force is the abundance of natural gas which became available through the world’s largest LNG plant, constructed as a Japanese project. The CEO of Qatargas expressed his gratitude to Japan for its help, saying that the prosperity of the State of Qatar was only possible with this support from Japan. QFF is introduced in the program as a gift given from Qatar to Japan to support the reconstruction efforts following the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake.
